Company has a partnership with big companies such as Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, RedHat, Nutanix, SAP and VMWARE.
Dell Technologies focus on satisfying customer needs. Company submits many service and support options for their clients, and this makes process easier for both sides.
Dell Technologies is a large company with over 165 000 employees. The company has big employees’ community.

People in Dell Technologies are one of the essential things. In the company work more than 165 000 people. Dell treats its employees in the best way by providing a good workplace, progression, flexible work time, training and staff discount, etc. Dell meets the needs of its employees, and they give the best of themselves and therefore meet the needs of customers.

That’s proof of how vital good technology at work is. Dell eliminated this problem when working with Microsoft and introduced Windows 10 Enterprise. That helps employees to work from everywhere without IT’s help.

In 2020 by Covid crise everywhere companies started to use the home office system. Dell sees massive results and continues with remote work now. Remote work gives to company more effective results in every aspect. People works from home or wherever they want, which give them freedom. Freedom makes people happy and satisfied, bringing quality and success with it. Dell knows that if they’re going to give the best customer experience, they must treat their employees in the best way.

A key figure in the company is Michael Dell. He is founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Dell Technologies. He is the most important person in the company since its established.

Notably quoted as saying that “technology is about enabling human potential,” Michael’s vision of how technology should be designed, manufactured and sold forever changed the IT industry. Jeff Clarke– vice chairman and co-chief operating officer. He started in Dell as a quality engineer in 1987.

“Jeff Clark is responsible for running day-to-day business operations, shaping the company’s strategic agenda and setting priorities across the Dell Technologies executive leadership team. In partnership with Chuck Whitten, Jeff directs the Infrastructure Solutions Group and the Client Solutions Group and manages Global Operations including manufacturing, procurement and supply chain.
